Quite possibly the best smoothie recipe. Ever.

If someone had told me a year ago, that I would be sharing my favourite green smoothie recipe on this blog, I would have laughed in their face. I was more likely to be sharing my favourite wines. The thing is, I have tried several times to jump on the green juice bandwagon, but we just couldn't get on. 

Until this recipe. 

Seriously, try it. I have it most days - especially after a cycle ride or Yoga. 


Quite possibly the best smoothie recipe. Ever. 

Makes 1 drink. 

1 Banana, peeled. (Best when the Banana is slightly speckled as it provides more sweetness). 

1 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk 

1 handful of Organic Spinach (washed and dried on kitchen paper)

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon


Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor and....enjoy!
