What are you resisting?
Ask yourself this : 'What am I resisting at the moment?', 'where am I feeling frustrated?', 'where am I stuck?'.
In the course of our busy lives, even though we may enjoy what we're doing, there comes a time when some part of us wants to put on the brakes. We suddenly feel resistant and don't want to do what we feel needs to be done. We may keep trying to force ourselves, but it becomes an internal tug-of-war. Often, our instinct is to retreat.
