10 ways to raise your vibe

Is anyone else feeling a bit drained this week? Although I have so much good stuff going on right now, on more than one occasion I have found myself feeling a bit flat or overwhelmed. Sometimes it can be hard to remember that we are the one in control of how we think and feel and that our thoughts directly impact what we create. 

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or stressed make a commitment to get intentional about raising your vibration. The good news is, there are some super quick ways to do this....

1. Write a gratitude list

2. Have a one person dance party in your living room 

3. Meditate 

4. Get outside and into nature

5. Switch off your computer (and phone/tablet/etc!)

6. Stretch and move your body (Yoga is my fave)

7. Hug someone

8. Declutter your space

9. Drink more water

10. Create something
