Have you ever noticed that when you SHOW UP - to life, your dreams, your vision... things just flow?
And yet, so many of us don't allow ourselves to show up.
Never before have we had such an abundance of resources and support, to help us follow our heart and create our vision - to build something aligned with our values.
So what makes a conscious business?
One of the ways I use Essential Oils is for hormonal support, in fact, it's why I turned to oils in the first place. Whatever stage of life you're at, mama nature has provided us with a great foundation for hormonal wellness. Her's my 3 favourite oils for managing your hormones...
Do you find that it's so much easier to forgive other people than it is to forgive yourself? You see, If we try to forgive ourselves for something without releasing the underlying emotion or belief we’ve attached to it, the forgiveness just doesn’t take.

Or as I like to think of it, collaborative business.
I get asked a lot of questions about why I chose to build an arm of my business centered around doTERRA essential oils, so here are a few of my thoughts...
I’ve spent most of my life trying to change. From my weight, to my hair colour. I’ve tried to be more productive, more spiritual (I know), more confident.
I've found the key to success. I know what you are thinking... that's pretty bold right? The thing is, so many of us spend our time looking for the 'magic cure'... the one thing that's going to bring us success (whatever that means for you).
This week I'm chatting about how we cut ourselves off from abundant possibility and why I believe there is a new way to do life and business.
Many of us find afternoons to be a struggle, losing focus and feeling sluggish. I use to turn to coffee or sugar for a mid-afternoon pick me up, but now I'm happy to be able to turn to a toolkit of natural solutions.
I recently shared my daily essential oil routine over on Facebook Live so thought I'd share here too.
