My journal is my number one tool when it comes to my personal and spiritual growth. I've kept a journal since I was 7 - it's a safe space for me to figure out what's going on for me, connect with my inner truth and explore my hopes, dreams and fears. 

Every morning I open my journal and let the chaos of my mind flow onto the pages. Every evening I express my gratitude. Its been a daily practice for as long as I can remember. 

There are so many benefits to regular journaling – it can help you practice mindfulness and ground you in the present moment, it clears your mind of all the clutter, it can help you reach goals, solve problems, boost creativity, and learn to express yourself. It’s also a great tool to deepen your self-knowledge and reconnect with your inner truth.
