I get it - you’re super busy and your energy is limited but if you stop and think about it, you know deep down that pushing your needs aside is stopping you from showing up for everything else the way you want to.

This is a unique 4-week coaching program
I will bring together my training, knowledge and experience in coaching, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, cognitive therapy and essential oils - to create personalised practices to support you in tuning out the noise and reconnecting with yourself.
WEEK ONE: Observations and Setting Foundations
We will start by observing your natural rhythms and understanding where you are. We’ll focus on cultivating more stillness and space and set our intentions for our work together.
WEEK TWO: Rituals
Building on what we learnt in week one, we will begin developing personalised practices you can try on for size. You’ll play with prompts, activities and rituals to find what works for you.
WEEK THREE: Practice and Refine
Now that you have a few simple practices to support you, it’s time to add to your toolkit and refine it. You’ll go deeper with what works for you and let go of what doesn’t. Your own personal blend of nourishment will start to unfold.
WEEK FOUR: Daily implementation and Boundaries
Our final week together will be focused on developing a recipe for going forward. We’ll pull together all you have learnt about your natural rhythms and needs, and set healthy boundaries to support you moving forward.
By the end of our work together, you will be feeling better connected to your self and your body. You’ll have a toolkit of practices you can continue to use to slow down, ground yourself and tap into your inner wisdom.
60 minute foundation session- We’ll come together to review what’s working and what isn’t, and set intentions for our work together.
4 x 30 minute weekly check-in sessions - This is your opportunity to ask questions, review your practice and gain accountability.
Virtual support via Voxer (a free text and voice messaging app) to help keep you on track between calls.
Private resource library - Access to your own personal digital folder containing notes from our calls, videos, and audios to support your personalised practices.
Personalised practices and rituals - I’ll bring together my experience and trainings to create highly personalised practices based on your needs. This could be meditations, breath work, essential oils, mindfulness techniques, creative prompts, nature-based activities, journalling prompts etc. All tailored to your specific needs.
Weekly intuitive reports - You’ll receive a printable PDF containing a personal oracle card reading and journalling prompts to help you tune into your intuitive self.
