My mission is to empower women to uplevel their whole wellness

so that they finally start living a full and extraordinary life.


I'm here to guide you from tired/overwhelmed/burnt out to THRIVING. 

It's time to change things once and for all.

We know that to feel healthy we need to eat well, move our bodies and get plenty of sleep, but true wellness is much deeper. If we want to create whole wellness we must also manage our stress levels and emotions, develop deep self-care practices and minimise the toxins our bodies come into contact with.

If we feel crappy on the inside, chances are it's manifesting into our life 'out there' as well. 

You're overwhelmed. 

You're lacking clarity. 

You're swamped with fear and self-doubt. 

Whatever it is, women work with me because they’ve heard the call to make a change. You know you’ve reached the point where something has to change. You simply can’t do it on your own.

As your coach I'm here to help you drop what's not serving you, create supportive practices and build a foundation of whole wellness. 

How it works

Investing in your wellbeing is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. 

I don't believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach so my programs are highly personalised. I bring a combination of wellbeing coaching, mindset practices, self-care rituals, meditation and mindfulness practices, and essential oils to the table - all tailored to fit your specific names. 

What's included: 

  • 45 minute phone/skype consultation
  • Bespoke wellbeing plan using essential oils, meditation, daily practices and cognitive coaching
  • Phone & email support throughout to keep you on track throughout the month
  • Access to a private library full of wellness resources including recipes, webinars, recorded meditations etc. 
  • A 90 day follow-up plan so you continue to feel supported
