Proactive - April
Well, hello April.
Can you believe it, we are into the fourth month of 2013 already!
March was good to me and I very much lived out my word...
- I proactively put together my new coaching packages and found some new clients
- I proactively completed my course which means I am a qualified NVQ Assessor (yay!)
- I proactively started (and continued) a daily meditation and Yoga practice
- I proactively began to devote time to journaling and reflective practice
In March we also took the little peeps to see my sister, enjoyed a weekend snowed in and watched lots of new films (including Les Miserables - which I loved!).
APRIL = EXPLORE + PROACTIVE
This month I intend:
- To explore my local area (to get out and enjoy the wetlands, riverside walks and footpaths close to home)
- To continue to explore daily yoga
- To explore healthier ways of eating
